Bring what you have. You do not need a valuation yet.
The first meeting is 90 minutes and there is no charge. We meet at our office on East Main Street or at your shop or plant, anywhere within an hour of Fort Wayne.
What to bring
- Last three years of business tax returns and year-end financial statements
- Any offer, letter of intent, or broker's estimate of value
- Your operating, shareholder, or buy-sell agreement
- Last year's personal tax return
- Who else owns a piece of the company or works in it: partners, family, key employees
- The names of your CPA and attorney
- A rough idea of what you want to do afterward

Meet at 200 E Main Street in downtown Fort Wayne, or we will come to your shop or plant anywhere within an hour of Fort Wayne. Weekday breakfast meetings are available at 7:00am.
